This is a floating laboratory made of 1001m³ of water from the Moscow River, which provides an analysis study of river, removal of impurities and careful use of water. The study of fauna and flora have some perspective. It may also be a museum of the Moscow River. We propose to make its media, ie water pollution is changing the color of the facade from red to green, to inform Moscow about the status of the Moscow-river.

Technical areas are located in the hold. The total area of the pavilion — 1310 m². Building volume Pavilion — 1001 m³.
